Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Judy Michno. I've been helping people with their health needs for over 19 years. I have been certified by the International Assn. of Colon Therapists (I-ACT) at the Advanced Level. I love my work, because it's so rewarding to see people feel better and look better. That's because my suggestions and programs give them hope, and they begin improving.
In order to make it possible to absorb nutrients, it is essential first of all to cleanse the body. A really effective way of doing this is through colonics. "Colon hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without using drugs. By introducing filtered and temperature-regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. This process is repeated a few times during a session." This promotes cleaning, toning and rebuilding for the inner body.
WHY SHOULD YOU BE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR COLON?
Your colon is like the sewer system of your body. It's the place where you store the waste material that needs to leave your body. Unfortunately, most Americans have been eating the standard American diet with a lot of refined food, dairy products, and red meats, all of which have almost no fiber. The resulting buildup of waste matter, generally weighing from five to fifteen pounds, can cause intestinal problems, including constipation, gas, bloating, or diarrhea. Other people may develop allergies or contract parasites. And now we find that colon and rectal cancer are the number two type of cancer. In addition, the toxins created by this waste matter are circulated by the blood to other areas of the body, leading to health problems and diseases in other places.
HOW CAN YOU GET RID OF ALL THIS WASTE?
The best way of eliminating the waste is through colon cleansing, in combination with a good cleansing program. I have an excellent program with many practical suggestions that will enable you to succeed. I tailor the program to your individual needs. The number of colonics you will need will also be based on your unique situation. It usually varies between five and ten, with most people doing a series of five. Of course, you can certainly start with trying one colonic. You'll really be glad you did! After doing your initial cleansing program, it is good to get another colonic or two every 3-6 months.
WHAT IS A COLON HYDROTHERAPY SESSION LIKE?
I try to make your session as comfortable as possible. You'll be lying on your back on a massage table, modestly covered with a hospital gown. Your dignity is always maintained.
I use only disposable tubing. I have an excellent machine, which is FDA-inspected and approved. It has a view tube to help you see the results. The water is slowly infused into your colon, enabling the matter to soften, and then release. This procedure is repeated several times. The session lasts between 45 minutes and one hour.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR NUTRITIONAL NEEDS?
Since I have been studying nutrition for over 19 years, I can definitely help you find a good diet, and appropriate supplements. You can either come for a separate nutritional consultation or learn it gradually from me during your series of colonics.
